Transfer one of the foretold base operations to another neighbor, this time they have transferred their nefarious Pshycotronic mkultra remote viewing and harassment activities to our back next door neighbor who happens to be an ICE CREAM factory, office and house all at the same time. They have stay in workers that could go up the roof of the RED TAXI operations and make noises when I am about to sleep. Also they have most probably threw small rats ( mice ) on our back roof, to harass , annoy kill us all without a trace. These trained ICE CREAM worker clandestine mkultra perpetrators are also trained remote viewers. The MKULTRA PHSYCOTRONIC Directed Energy Weapon opertates at a certain period at night and early mornings. Whenever it is not in operation, the remote viewers would do the task to SLEEP DEPIRVE ( rooftop noises daytime, night times and early mornings ) me including my next door neighbor who uses his CAR's LOUD SIREN pointed to our front house ( OLive green old model Honda Civic ). Some Barangay people are also trained remote viewers specifically trained to SLEEP DEPRIVE a TARGETED INDIVIDUAL like me. They monitor my bio functions via remote viewing. Police cars would stalk me every single day as I go to work and go home from work, go out of the house to by house items to the SAVEMOR_ grocery near Kalayaan and VLUNA streets... If you check where we live , at the back of the apartment I have placed a fluorecent lamp to give some light, so the Perps could be seen from another building when they go out on the roof and make noises at night and early mornings to harass me during my sleeptime. MKULTRA DEW COINTLEPRO dark forces here in the Philippines are attacking me every single day, depriving of my LIFE equating to SLEEP Deprivation every single night with their directed energy weapons. Blasting sounds into my auditory nerves inside my brain at the same time remote viewing my biological functions just about as I am to fall asleep. This is done every single night. At daytime my neighbors who all have been talked too by these clandestine group ( aka the shadow government ) would also remote view my bio functions and create noises like blasting their car horns ( olive green old honda civic 4 door neighbors car right beside our apartment - ( HAROLD ) ; Grey Montero ( Erwin ) . On the other side of our apartment the red taxi operation near Kalayaan  Avenue and V Luna would rev up the taxi engine even during early mornings at the same time remote viewing my bio functions also. They would also use cats thrown on our roof that would produce a banging sound. The remote viewer there I feel are the mechanics on duty, they would wear a red or blue shirt and the most fiercest one is the one who looks like a "Maton Berdugo face" and usually is on duty at night where he harasses me during nightimes. Shouting and Slamming of steel pipes on the floor outside the rooms hallway. Putting their huge garbage pile up in front of our room laiden with insects. Smoking cigarrete in their rooms with their front doors wide open, doing so the smoke will now go to the hallway. Also they have talked to the construction people behind the Bldg. to make specific noises at times when the COINTELPRO leadman text's them on what to do and when to do it. They can monitor my brain's activities, like when I'm about to go to deep sleep, that is the time the Cointlepro PERPS will start their NOISE campaign wither by themselves or they will use a electromagnetic DIRECTED ENERGY  Wave GUNs. Our Bldg's guard told me that they were approach by the Cubao Illuminati police and most probably told them to harass me. All my neighbors have been talked to by the COINTELPRO group and would do NOISE campaigns on me everyday, especially during sleep times. They have devices that can monitor my brain activity wirelessly, they would also use to inject ZAPPING sounds inside my brain bypassing the ears. Also Bldg. Administrators and Bldg owners have been talked to also by these shadow government conspirators here in Manila. The construction noise campaign would even transpire on evenings and early in the mornings (5:30 am to 8:00 am). These are the ways to create ELECTRONIC GULAGS to stifle DNA Evolvement via enslavement methodologies. It is ironic that one of my neighbors who slams their door most of the time even in the early mornings and late evenings work for the two biggest TV Broadcasting network in Manila. He is a veteran media person in the industry and admitted that he is an Illuminati when I confronted them about the door slammings in noise campaigns in the early mornings (3am).  He has several boy crews in his rooms that also does the harassment on us. 11.) Harassments involving my CAR . Sometimes my car;s tires are deflated, and full of dirt on the engine hood.  Paint scratches , and lately someone entered in my car and ruined the car's ignition when I left the car in the parking lot. I cant start the car anymore suddenly coz the wheel lock wont release upon insertion of the car key's in the ignition keyslot.

So now they are still using DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS on me everyday, and added to that they are using cats ( animal pet ) to wake me up everytime I go to sleep ( cats are most probably thrown on our roofs by them everytime ) , then DOGS ( a white hairy small dog and a huge brown azkal dog ) too. They have talked to all my neighbors and most probably instructed them to harrass me every single day. The neighbor would let loose their two dogs and the supposed dog watcher would go out of the neighborhood, leaving the dogs roaming around the parkway. The other neighbors who would let loose their azkal dogs when I go out of the parking way ,  Neighbors cars would sound on their car alarms everytime I go down from upstairs. This is an apartment row type neighborhood and us staying on the end most unit. We are near the Liberty Hotel along Kalayaan Avenue. We have a neighbor who operates red Taxi's ( with a monetary sign as their name ( Taxi name )  ) and they were talked too also. The Taxi operators people would talk over their bullhorn speakers everytime I am going to sleep or when I am going to the back part of the apartment where the horn speakers are near us ( which is also near our sleeping area/room ) even in the early mornings. And sometimes they would sound the TAXI's alarm and or the cars horn. WE should BOYCOTT these TAXI fleet, as they are participating in a clandestine covert WARS (silent martial law ) on SOVEREIGN BEINGS. Also neighbors would open the car gates that would make a metal squeeking sound everytime I would go downstairs from just waking up most  of the time in the early mornings. Also I jog most of the time in Quezon Circle and the security guards there ave been talked too also by the shadow government, so now everytime I go there they would GANG STALKED me, also security guards in the CUBAO area spermarkets. These group of people can control people who does not know what weapons and COINTELPRO MKULTRA is all about , make a problem by controlling the people via MIND control techniques , present a solution that will take away our rights and freedoms. Problem is the MAINSTREAM MEDIA does not want to report this, somebody is controlling MANILA's media ( radio TV and newspapers ). Okay back to the EARTH Matrix gangstalking mind control operations of this stupid idiots. You see
if people does not know what is really happening they can easily be manipulated and controlled by the forces of limitations. That goes for my neighbors, I have transferred downstairs to sleep, and for a few days the DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPON attacks stopped, it seems they need to calibrate the weapon for 3 to 4 days. It's either they are using star wars satellite to fire the WAVE weapon unto my brain or they have to transfer it to another location. If they have to transfer it , they probably transferred it to the the side of the RED TAXI fleet area which happens to be on one side of our rented apartment house. So today i was not able to sleep due to the DEW attacks, then this morning my neighbor apartment right beside us started making hammering sounds in the morning. They seem to be fixing a long brown chair, the guy renting these apartment I believe has been trained by the authorities as a COINTELPRO operative. Together with them clandestinely harrassing me are i believe are barangay officials or ex barangay officials of this community where I live right now. Lately someone rip a huge hole on my car cover, i believe all of my neighbors have been talked to by the MKULTA agents in our government, so even if they enter our house when we all leave , nobody will complain. This is how they operate, always from the shadows. Everytime i go upstairs, someone from the front side of the house would blow a loud horn, everytime. We have a covert clandestine MARTIAL RULE in the entire Philippines in the form of COINTELPRO NAZI MKULTA covert operations of NCRPO .
